Our Box Office is usually open Monday-Saturday, midday - 6pm.

Our ticket prices increase as the theatre fills. We always recommend booking early to secure the best seats at the best price.

CONCESSIONS

Tickets are available for under 17s for some productions, this concession starts at £10.

We have £15 Young Royalty (for 17-25 year olds) and £12 Local Royalty (for those who live and work in local East London postcodes) tickets are available for some productions. Concessions are subject to availability, please see individual show pages for more information. Please note that proof of age (for Under 17 and Young Royalty tickets) or proof of address (for Local Royalty tickets) may be checked at the venue.

CONTACTLESS TICKETS

You can access your e-ticket from your Stratford East account. You do not need to print your e-ticket. If we have your mobile number on record you'll also receive your e-ticket via text 4 hours before the performance.

COMPANION TICKETS

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support. Please visit our access page for more information about the scheme. GROUP BOOKINGS

If you buy nine standard rate tickets then you get the 10th free. Group bookings (of nine or more tickets) can only be booked over the phone or in person. For some shows we have a rate for education groups. 

E-TICKETS

Please note e-tickets do not need to be printed. Simply show your ticket on your device to a member of staff upon arrival. They may have landed in your junk folder and if you can't find them there, please log in to your account where you can find your orders. 

TEXT TICKETS

If your mobile number is in your Stratford East account, you will receive your ticket(s) via text 4 hours before the performance you're attending. The text comes from Stratford E and the ticket appears after you click the link.
