For ages 18–25 from East London and beyond
Welcome to our talent development strand of work for emerging artists, theatre-makers and those interested in a career backstage, aged 18–25.
We support young people who are serious about developing a career in theatre, providing opportunities to train, gain practical experience, work alongside peers, professional artists and industry professionals.
Our programmes offer a supportive and inclusive environment where young people can develop their skills, learn alongside their peers and build connections with the wider theatre industry.
We're particularly committed to creating routes into the industry for young people from East London and those who are currently underrepresented in theatre.
This includes the Stratford East Young Company, for emerging actors and theatre-makers, and Young Techs, for young people interested in developing backstage and technical theatre skills.
