At Stratford East we tell stories we’ve never heard before, in ways we’ve never seen before. We want everyone to feel welcome in our theatre and have a chance to explore their creativity. But we can’t do it alone.
As a registered charity, Stratford East relies on the generosity of our supporters to create bold new productions, nurture artists, and make sure everyone in our community has a chance to engage with theatre, no matter their background or budget.
Philanthropy is vital to our work, and our major supporters have a unique relationship with the theatre. They enable us to be bold, take risks, and remain true to our legacy as a people’s theatre. Our supporters build lasting connections with Stratford East, our leadership, and the artists we work with.

Production Circle
Stratford East is a renowned neighbourhood theatre at the heart of East London. We make bold, ambitious work that brings artists, audiences and communities together. We create 5-6 productions each year, and our work has won awards, national tours, and West End transfers.
The Production Circle supports our ambitious creative programme and offers members a chance to go behind-the-scenes and be part of bringing exciting new work to the stage.
Production Circle support starts from £10,000 per year.

Stratford East is a registered charity. We can accept gifts in a variety of forms, including through Charities Aid Foundation, CAF America, Donor Advised Funds, and personal foundations.
