In keeping with government guidelines, seating in our auditorium will be socially distanced and audiences can only attend in groups from the same household or support bubble. Our auditorium has seating banks of 1, 2, 3 and 4 seats. Our booking system will only allow you to purchase all the tickets in a bank of seats. If you cannot find a seating bank of the right size for your selected performance, or you require any help when booking please contact our Box Office by emailing, using our web chat function or calling 020 8534 0310. You can find out more about the safety measures in place, including wearing face coverings, NHS track & trace and temperature checks on our Welcoming Audiences Back page here.

This production is on sale without social distancing and will happen in line with government regulations at the time of the performance. We will update our audiences as and when regulations change.

Concessions are available for under 26s at most performances and most productions. This concession starts at £10. Please note the proof of age may be required. To book a concession ticket, select the concessions option when booking on our website, or just tell Box Office you’d like to book a concession ticket when you speak to them in person or on the phone. Concessions are subject to availability. Please click the individual show pages for more information.

We want everyone to be able to access performances at Theatre Royal Stratford East. If you identify as disabled and can’t attend a show without the support of a companion or carer, we can offer you a companion ticket free of charge to make it easier for you to see a show. We can only issue one of these when you buy a standard priced ticket. Companion tickets are not available online. Please call the box office on 020 8534 0310 or email to book your tickets.

If you buy 9 standard tickets then you get the 10th free - group bookings (of 9+) can only be booked over the phone or in person.

Please note e-tickets do not need to be printed. Simply show your ticket on your device to a member of staff upon arrival.

Neighbours' Night performances are specially discounted for residents in Newham and East London. East London residents get a fiver off tickets, and if you live in Newham, you can get tickets for as little as £10 - £20 (price bands A - C only). Please call the Box Office on 020 8534 0310 or email to book your tickets.

UNO stands for U 'N' OTHERS. Many people love to go to the theatre on their own – so at our UNO Nights, solo theatregoers can meet each other and discuss all things theatre, hosted by a Stratford East staff member. Just book a ticket as normal and look out for the reserved UNO area on the night.

Upcoming UNO Nights:
RED RIDING HOOD - Fri 03 Dec 2021

Our ticket prices increase as the theatre fills. We always recommend booking early to secure the best seats at the best price.
