LEARNING AND PARTICIPATION DIRECTOR
We are looking for at least two new Trustees to join our experienced and dynamic Board of Trustees. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of one of London’s most iconic theatres.
We’re looking for passionate and committed individuals who love theatre and believe in our work, who want to contribute to the community in Newham, and who want to play a part in our next chapter of growth. No previous theatre experience is required, and we will consider applications from all sectors, though we are particularly keen to hear from people with the following expertise:
Finance (to become Finance Committee Chair later in 2026)
Fundraising and philanthropy
Legal

LEARNING AND PARTICIPATION DIRECTOR
We are looking for an exceptional Learning and Participation Director to work closely with our recently appointed Artistic Director, Lisa Spirling and Executive Director, Hanna Streeter, who bring a wealth of experience in arts leadership and strategic development.
The successful candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm and imagination, leading and delivering across four main strands of work - Young People, Schools Programme, Newham Neighbours (Our local community programme) and Talent Development.

We are looking for a brilliant Deputy Head of Stage to join our Production Department as we embark on an ambitious new season in 2026.
The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, a passion for theatre staging, and strong communication skills.
