Oliver Twist

Oliver Twist

COVID-19 UPDATE: Following the government’s latest advice, the Ramps on the Moon consortium has made the decision to cancel the tour OLIVER TWIST. All ticketholders that have booked via Stratford East have been informed. If you booked your tickets through a third party ticket agent then please contact them directly about your booking.

★★★★★ “Oliver Twist as you've never seen it before... an unmissable, extraordinary production.” WhatsOnStage
★★★★ “This buccaneering production is a visual feast.” The Times
★★★★ "Artful new take on Dickens is stunning" The Guardian

Born into poverty and misfortune, Oliver Twist escapes the workhouse for a life of adventure where he joins Artful Dodger, Fagin and their mischievous gang of pick pockets. But the enjoyment is short lived as he falls under the influence of the vicious Bill Sykes.

This bold, brutal and beautiful new version of OLIVER TWIST sends you on a dark adventure through the twisted streets of London. Adapted by award-winning playwright Bryony Lavery, every performance of OLIVER TWIST will feature the use of integrated creative sign language, audio description and captioning.

Now in its fourth year (after the huge successes of The Government Inspector, Tommy and Our Country's Good), this pioneering initiative from seven major UK theatre organisations is committed to putting D/deaf and disabled artists and audiences at the centre of their work.

A Leeds Playhouse production in co-production with Ramps on the Moon.

★★★★★ Brutal, brave and brilliant.” Fairy Powered
★★★★★ “A multi-layered production and, if you see it five times, you will see something different every time.” Yorkshire Times
★★★★ "A production that made me realise how much of the time a sighted, hearing audience is experiencing only two-dimensional theatre." The Observer
★★★★ "Lively, inclusive adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novel" The Stage

Booking Enquiries
Our online booking system does not allow customers to leave isolated seats. We do this in order to prevent gaps in the auditorium.

Currently seats are on sale from Row B in the stalls backwards, and it is possible that Row A will go on sale at a later date, so please be aware that purchasing seats in Row B does not guarantee that you will be in the front row. For some shows the boxes might have a slightly restricted view. Seats marked with an ‘i’ indicate a restricted view.

If you have any booking enquiries then please do not hesitate to speak to our Box Office team on 020 8534 0310.

Our ticket prices increase as the theatre fills. We always recommend booking early to secure the best seats at the best price.
