Casting Opportunity for Noughts & Crosses

Pilot Theatre is looking to cast roles in their upcoming national tour of Noughts & Crosses, which comes to Stratford East in April next year.

Pilot Theatre is looking to cast the roles of Sephy and Callum and their siblings. They want to give everyone who wants to be considered for the roles the opportunity for their work to be seen by the director, therefore they would like applicants to submit a two minute (maximum) video to include a brief introduction to themselves and then to read an extract from the play.

Extracts from the play can be downloaded below:

Female Roles (PDF)

Male Roles (PDF)

Your videos should be uploaded to a video-hosting website such as YouTube or Vimeo and set to unlisted or private (accessible by password), or you can upload your video to your preferred file hosting service. Once your video is uploaded, please send us a link alongside your CV to info@pilot-theatre.comApplications close at 10am on Monday 13 August.

Please note, they are not expecting or requiring professionally filmed videos.  Self tapes on  smartphones are perfectly acceptable.

If you do not have access to any kind of video camera or are struggling to upload your video please contact us on the above email address and we will be happy to help.

They are anticipating a high number of submissions for these roles and as such if you haven’t heard from them by September 1st, regrettably they will not be able to take your submission further on this occasion – but they will view and consider carefully every application they receive and are grateful to everyone for their interest in the project.
