Glasgow Girls - join the discussion

The life-affirming and inspirational new musical Glasgow Girls tells the true story of seven teenage girls who led one of the most powerful human rights campaigns to capture the imagination of the media and unite a community behind its residents.

The Glasgow Girls took on the Home Office and the Scottish government to protest against the way failed asylum seekers were being treated.

Spurred on by the possible deportation of one of their friends, the girls began campaigning.

Using friends and neighbours they set up an early warning system to prevent dawn raids by immigration officers, lobbied the Scottish government and the Home Office and took to the streets to protest.

Join us for a stimulating post show discussion following our evening performances, offering you further insight into the production and its themes.
